Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Perform tasks in compliance with environmental (HSE) standards, electrical safety standards (K2), and housekeeping programs.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor, inspect, maintain, and procure pollution prevention tools (air, noise, solid, liquid).
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to job responsibilities.
Develop and execute programs to prevent environmental impacts.
Conduct socialization sessions on environmental management and monitoring for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Draft, review, and update environmental regulations, documents, and procedures.
Ensure effective communication through meetings, training, promotions, and other activities
Requirement
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Having certifications related to Operational Management or Pollution Control for Air, Water, and Hazardous Waste (B3).
- Having knowledge of Environmental System Management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the environmental field within Power Plant, Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor environments or similar industries
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively escalate field issues.
- Willing to be placed at Malinau, North Kalimantan (Roster based)
